Disclaimer:  I admit to being a novice at debate.  I started to think that this page made it look like I'm advertising myself as a hot-shot debater, and I'm not.  But at the same time, I don't mind defending my views of my papers on this site.  And that is how the debates that are listed here got started.  I'd like to point out that during the course of some debates, I've conceded that the other side made valid points and revised some of my arguments as a result.
